I was kind of expecting the return to be a whole drawn-out hassle, so I was already impatient about it, but it actually went fine. The refund came through quickly and I didn’t have to chase anyone down.

I might be forgetting a few details from the listing, but I’m sure the item I got wasn’t what was described. I mostly just remember opening it and thinking, “Wait, this isn’t really what I expected.” Disappointed overall.

I reached out to support and they got back to me fast, like really fast. The issue was sorted out without any hassle, so yeah, happy with how it went.

My order showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The box was in decent shape, and overall it was a smooth experience from start to finish.

I ordered this from LexMod and, to be fair, the item arrived in good condition. Putting it together, though, was a bit more of an adventure than I expected. The instructions were basic, which is always fun when you’re trying to figure out which part goes where, and a few of the holes didn’t line up perfectly. I did manage to assemble it by myself, but I had to take a couple of sections apart and redo them. So, not a total disaster, but definitely not what I’d call an easy or smooth assembly.

It looked decent online, so maybe my expectations were just too high, but once I got it, I didn’t really feel like it matched the price. The quality isn’t awful or anything, just kind of average. I keep wondering if I’m being too picky, but for what I paid, I expected a bit more.

Overall, it was simple enough to get around, but a few pages took longer to load than I expected, which got annoying quickly. The filters also felt like they could use some improvement because I had to click around more than I thought I would. I did end up finding what I needed, but based on my most recent visit, the site could definitely be smoother

My chair showed up with a cracked leg and the box was all torn up, which was disappointing. It seems like it could be a Nice chair, but the shipping was rough and customer service took a while to get back to me. Not the Best experience.

The item itself was fine, but the way it arrived was disappointing. The box was dented, barely taped together, and looked like it had been thrown around quite a bit. There wasn’t enough padding inside either, so a few corners ended up with small marks. I reached out to support and kind of felt like they were blaming me for how it was received, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. For the price, I really expected it to be packed and handled with more care

I did end up finding what I needed, but the stock was so limited it was frustrating. It feels like they should be keeping better track of what’s on the shelves instead of making customers deal with half-empty options.

I ordered a few chairs from LexMod, everything came just how I picked it out. The colors were right, the size was right, and the number of chairs matched too. No mix-ups or weird surprises, which was a nice little win. Happy with it

I ordered a chair from LexMod because it looked nice in the pictures, and I thought it would be a decent buy, but yeah... once it showed up, not so much. The fabric felt kind of cheap right away, and one of the legs doesn’t sit evenly, so the whole thing wobbles a bit. I tried moving it around, thinking maybe it was my floor, but no, it’s definitely the chair. And after just a few weeks, it already looks worn, which is annoying for what I paid. I was expecting way better quality for the price. I don’t think I’d order from them again.
